Cancellations must be made the same business day of the receipt of your order as we usually ship your order immediately. Please call Customer Service at 1-888-523-7275 8am-4pm M-F PST, or email us at CustomerService@SuperSaunaSuits.com.

Our Money Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

WE are very strict about the high quality of every sauna suit we sell. Every sauna suit set is personally inspected during the packing and shipping process, and we guarantee the Realsauna sauna suit to be free from any manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.

IF a sauna suit purchased is defective from manufacturer, Buyer must contact us within 14 business days of the day the order was received* either by phone, the online Contact Form, or by Email . Customer will be required to purchase a return shipping label online (you will be reimbursed upon the receipt of the returned item), return the product in its original condition to the following address: SUPERSAUNASUITS, 34220 CHESEBORO RD, #9, PALMDALE, CA. 93552. In such event, we shall provide Buyer a refund or exchange for the returned product.

REFUNDS - A 25% restocking fee will apply to all items returned for refund. Buyer must contact us within 14 business days of the day the order was received* either by phone, the online Contact Form, or by Email. Customer may purchase a return shipping label online (you will be reimbursed upon the receipt of the returned item once we have determined the product is defective), return the product in its original condition to the following address: SUPERSAUNASUITS, 34220 CHESEBORO RD, #9, PALMDALE, CA. 93552. No refunds can be issued on return shipping costs. If product has been worn and is not in original package with original tags and stickers attached and in new condition, no refund or credit will be granted and will be returned at the buyer's expense.

Orders are usually shipped out on the same business day of the receipt of your order. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery in the Continental US States, 10-21 days for other locations. For PO Boxes within the USA may require special pickup as the package is larger than a standard size mailbox (12x15x3). We DO NOT SHIP to foreign Post office boxes. Orders made on weekends or holidays will ship the next standard business day. For special orders, or for other methods of shipping, please call customer service at 1-888-523-7275 between 8AM - 4PM PST Monday - Friday. Thank you.
