Product Guarantee: Realsauna Company does not imply or offer a lifetime guarantee on any of its products, nor do we guarantee how long the product will last during individual customer usage. The durability of Realsauna Sauna Suit will depend upon: (i) whether or not a customer ordered the appropriate size to accommodate their weight and size. (ii) How well a customer takes proper care of the product, as suggested on tags and or labels, (iii) whether a customer followed the care content instructions as provided with the product on tags and or labels. (iv)Realsauna will not replace, refund or be liable for any Realsauna product damaged due to negligence that is determined to be caused by the customer.
PRODUCT RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy: If a product purchased is defective from manufacturer, buyer can return the product in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, to the following address 34220 Cheseboro Rd, #9, Palmdale, CA 93552-6507. In such event, Company shall provide Buyer a refund or credit for the returned product purchased from the Site (less shipping and handling charges incurred). If product has been worn or is not in original package with original tags and stickers attached and in new condition, no refund or credit will be granted. Note To Consumer: All products are checked for quality control before shipment to customers.
Return Policy: Refunds will be given for merchandise that is returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION ONLY. Condition of returned merchandise will be determined by Realsauna Warehouse Quality Control Department. Merchandise that has been worn, stained, or torn due to negligence WILL NOT be accepted for refunds, but returned to buyer at buyer’s expense. Merchandise received and accepted in its original condition for a refund is subject to a 5% refund processing fee. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. No COD's accepted.

Items returned for even-exchange are not subject to the restocking fee, only a return shipping fee payable by the buyer. Upon receipt of your return item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in resalable condition. If the cost of return shipping is not enclosed with the item, we will issue an invoice via email for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive payment for return shipping costs, we will ship out the replacement item the same day, or the following business day.
